1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 12fbajee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the 12fbajee platform — including the website, the sportsbook, the casino lobby, the payment system, and any promotional features — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 12fbajee platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on 12fbajee. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 12fbajee reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings derived from them.

Registration Requirements

To register, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a contact mobile number, and a password of your choosing. Know Your Customer (KYC) Process

We accept no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard their credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on 12fbajee — deposits, withdrawals, bet stakes, and winnings — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is applied. Players do not need an international payment card or foreign-currency account to use the platform.

• Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours.

• 12fbajee reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements will not be available for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully satisfied.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or wager on 12fbajee, you confirm that you understand and accept the specific rules of the game or betting market you are participating in. General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system.
• 12fbajee reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event whose outcome was already known at the time the bet was accepted.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout caps apply to all markets. These are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of 12fbajee's trading team is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in these Terms.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency and system availability. 12fbajee will not be liable for bets that were not accepted due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

Casino & Slot Games

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game or system malfunction, all affected bets and plays will be considered void, and stakes will be returned to player wallets. • Time Limits: Bonuses expire if the associated wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time window. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 12fbajee platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance or winnings, and may result in legal action.

• Opening more than one account, or opening an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating bets in a manner designed to guarantee a profit or exploit promotional terms.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Chargebacks via your payment provider following a deposit — initiating a chargeback is treated as fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 12fbajee staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their consent.

12fbajee employs fraud-detection technology that monitors account activity continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. During a suspension, the player's funds are held securely and are not at risk, but access to the account and all associated features is restricted until the investigation is resolved.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team at support@12fbajee. Upon receiving a closure request, 12fbajee will settle any pending bets, process any eligible outstanding withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, and then close the account. The process is typically completed within five BST business days.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

In addition to standard account closure, players who are concerned about their gambling habits may request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion options of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent closure are available. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances. Platform-Initiated Closure or Suspension

12fbajee reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, use of the platform by a person under 18, or any activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any balance derived from the breaching activity may be forfeited.

Complaints & Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, or if you have any other complaint regarding your account or a transaction, you should contact our support team at support@12fbajee in the first instance. Please include your account username, the date and time of the event in question, and a clear description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within five BST business days. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the complaint in writing by emailing support@12fbajee with the subject line "Formal Complaint".
